I met Wish at the 8th Annual Advocacy Training Conference of the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC).

This event is held in Washington, D.C. and brings together survivors and supporters from around the country. Three days are spent with workshops, plenary sessions, networking and PARTYING.

Then we all lobby our congressional representatives to pass bills the NBCC believes will most benefit its mission to eradicate breast cancer. For more on NBCC, go to www.stopbreastcancer.org

There are scholarships available for this conference (usually held the last weekend in April or the first in May).

Remember we are NOT Doctors and have NO medical training.
